Blogger is a service created by Pyra Labs, and acquired by Google in 2003 that allows you to create and publish a blog online. To publish content, you do not have to write any code or install programs or scripting server.
Blogs hosted on Blogger are usually hosted on Google servers within the domain blogspot.com. Until April 30, 2010, Blogger allowed to publish via FTP logs
